Ah another fine day in the Port of Call, Dazariath. A fine little port town thriving on trade and it's commerence. Silks and Spices from the East and Tabacco, Metal and Water.
All is well except I think I lost my mind or they maid my co-piliot an old batty woman also known as my grandmother...I haven't seen her since I left to the acdemy alas this day did not go well she inisted on talking to me as I fixed wiring about the ship. She wanted to know where our first destination is and if we had enough suppies. Alack I think a few screws came loose since our last meet. Today all the machines were syncized and finetuned tommarow begins the fueling and finial touches before the take-off. appartently my naviagator is late coming in to town, if they do not arrive in time I fear they the weather will not hold for proper sailing.
I shook off my fear as this was foolish, weather had been clear for sometime and I hope this will not change, we had to be above the clouds before nightfall. The ship is new so we shouldn't have any problems with rifts of solar storms but I worry.
The midnight hour has stuck I need to go to bed before Gram finds me awake. *sigh* I feel like a child again.

Days till we Sail: 4
Today was the day when all our supplies were loaded on to this aircraft, A beautiful craft 150 feet long and all 150 feet was jam packed with supplies and my belongings. For this Airship was no ordinary airship. It was my home and my labortory as I sailed the skies of Terra and beyond. I unpacked my things in my living quarters and smiled at the memories behind all my things. I off handly wondered who would be co piloting this expedition with me. I knew I had me and my two cats; Abby and Ebby, two tabbies that were gifts from my grandmother. Little brats, they were different than anyother cats that I had encountered. They were definatly a world of their own and I still wonder if someone dropped a little bit of crack in their morning kibble. I focused on the task at hand as I set up maps and compasses along with various gagets and nessities. All things consitered this would be the adventure of my life. I just graduated college majoring in aeorial technology and devolopment with a few minors in metal working, navigation and other classes I took cause I thought they'd be interesting. Anyways. I let the cats out of their respective basket before the reed contraction met fate with claws. I examined the area. 25 feet by 30 feet. This was including my lab. My sleeping quarters were a place merely to store my clothing and sleep on a small cot. The room had one wall lined with tables and covered with more gagets adn machines of all sorts from my other lab moved her by the Council's handymen.
I noted the ladder directly up to the flight deck where all the nessary equipment stood place resemblin the navigation deck of a ship. Quite intruging since this ship happens to be my design cappable of "where"-jumping and moderate space travel along with cruising sppeds up to 100mph or 160.93 Km so roughly about 85 knots. She could hit a cruising altude of over 100 thousand feet in the air. Thou being that high makes me sick so I tend to stay about 25000 feet up. The day is late I am tired from moving all my things and all the darn paper work and other techno babble of leaving and legal stuff and going over all the plans with the Council again. And the wire is coming loose on my lamp, I need to fix that, good night to all.
